I think the movie is getting a bit away from the book if she is in her underwear while they are kissing, because although the future books become more and more racy and suggestive, Twilight is supposed to be fairly chaste with that innocent charm. The whole underwear thing just makes Bella seem a little skanky (which she totally is not!). Also, people who have not read the books and from this trailer, might think the movie is inappropriate or just a immature teen movie.

OME would you all just shut up!!!! you dont know whats going to happen in the scene only what u saw maybe edward would push her away afterward and if you think this is bad wait till they get to breaking dawn…theres alot of things you wont like. i just wish you all stop complaining and be happy that there even is a movie. HES NOT PERVERDED AND I LOVE ROB AND KRIS THEY ARE THE BEST NO ONE COULD BE BETTER. this is twilight the movie not the book.

Yea HannahC! You nailed it sister! Edward would not allow HIMSELF to be in the same room with her half naked! He is not a disgusting perverted Vampire! He is always in control, and wouldnt allow Bella that disrespect. The movie shouldnt take that away from him, its part of who he is, he is a GENTLEMAN!

I don’t know though. If all would remember from the book, they are both very innocent! I mean, Edward is always…well, a GUY! But it seemed like that made that a whole lot more steamy. And I just might be immature, but it makes ME uncomfortable. And, umm, I think Edward would have bitten her by then if they kissed like that in the books.
I just think it was more sweet and innocent in the books. Just my opinion though.

My sister and i saw the first one when we were watching Adult Swim on Sunday. Then we saw this one Monday during Gossip Girl. They are are sooooooooooooooo amazing!!! We screamed when they came on =)

I like this one more than the first one beacause it explains the plot line in this one. then UNDERWEAR! i guess Rob was right in a interview he says ” Then it turns into like hell like all kisses” and he says it’s very kiddy but i dosen’t look like it. also i gasped and jaw dropped at the kissing scene!!!

UNDERWEAR? Okay, lets just get this straight here: although I am a die-hard Jacob fan, even I can say that Edward is not some perverted creeper who kisses girls in their underwear. I totally don’t remember that part in the book! >:(
I was watching all happy until that part and then I just was like “no, just …. no”
And …. underwear? GAH!
