On 340 whe Edward tells Jacob “It’s your face” he doesn’t mean Jacob’s expressions at all. He was saying “You can take a gamble and try to kiss Bella if you want to but I’m gonna break your face if you do.” He’s reminding Jacob of the consequences. “Your” should be italicized to show the emphasis.

The “it’s your face” comment refers to the scene when Edward, Jacob, Bella & Charlie are all at Bella’s house and Edward threatened to break Jacob’s jaw if he ever kissed Bella again (since she couldn’t do it herself) . It’s sarcasm – saying hey, you can do what you want but it’s your face that’s going to get smashed.
