‘Twilight’ sequel’s new director: Should a man direct ‘New Moon’?

“But now the woman behind the blockbuster has announced she will not be directing the sequel due to timing conflicts, which presents Summit with a weighty decision: Tap another woman to helm New Moon, or see if a man can do just as well.”

    though i’d LIKE for it to be a woman, i won’t argue if the movie’s good. i’m not denying a guy’s ability to make a good romance (i know that’s not true), all i’m saying is that women were the main source of that movie. woman writer (well, i guess there are 2), woman directer, woman lead actress. but, again, if it’s a good movie, i’m not complaining.
    however, if it’s a bad movie…

    I would like a girl, because guys really dont get a lot of romance in the movies and im a sucker for a romantic movie xD but really either one would be good, as long as he/she is a very good director 🙂
