Why should Kassie read Twilight AGAIN?

Feb 17th, 2009 | By | Category: Featured Articles, Question of the Week, Site News

This week we are going to discuss the idea of Kassie REreading Twilight.  I (Kallie) have read the book three times, and do make it a habit to read my favorite books more than once.  Kassie has NEVER read a book more than once, and I want YOU to tell her why she should!  So here is your Question of the Week…

  2. Rachel Cullen says:

HEy. Kassie u shuld totally read the series again bcuz you catch sooo much more when u read it 3 or 4 times. unlike me who has read it like 10 times. I hope u will consider reading it again and u can tell us wht u caught this time around that u didnt catch the 1st 2 times. bye. love the podcast girls!!

  3. Jessica says:

Now I might be a little biased seeing as how every time I find a book that I enjoy I end up reading so many times that its burned into my brain but I think Kassie should read it again. I personally have read each twilight book in the series between five to fifteen times. Yeah I have alot of free time on my hands and I absolutley love to read. If you dont love reading c’mon its twilight whats not to love? My favorite part of rereading books it the way the story changes. When you read a book you only comprehend at most around 80% of the story. That means there is at least 20% more Edward hotness out there for you to read. Every time I read again Im like “whoa was that there the last time i read this” its really great and you should try it for yourself. Fall in love again with characters (especially Edward ) and learn something new. I also have learned that after reading the other four books and hearing other’s opinions and viewpoints the story takes on a new life. Please Kassie try it again.

    BEST BOOK EVER DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Harriet says:

    Hey girls,
Lovin the podcast in australia by the way! ok so here are my reasons….
1)When you first read the book you usually want to know what happens so you rush parts of the book and accidently skip peices of info (well i know i do!)
    2) You learn more about the characters because you take more notice of thier actions and words.
    3) Twilight is the base of the books, it is the base of Edward and Bella.
    4) You do a podcast on in Kassie, you kinda should read it again 🙂
    5) I almost forgot, ITS THE AWESOMEST BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lotsa love from the other side of the world 🙂
    Harriet

  6. Anna says:

kassie i highly recommend that you read it twice. i read it twice cuz i love the twilight world and wanted to relive it. the second time i read it i got a better understanding and picked up on things i had missed when reading the first time. the first time i read the series i was team edward i loved edward and i hated jacob i even made user names and youtube acounts saying team edward on it. but the second time around he became less apealing to me. ( this is probably convincing you not to read it again lol) but i started to feel jacobs pain and love the happyness i got when reading about jacob. i know edward left for a reason but he did leave and that caused bella to fall in love with jacob. people may say that jacob is boring and annoying but its only cuase he is in so much pain. but even though im team jacob i still think that bella and edward belong together. soory i kinda missed the piont must be my ADD but if you enjoy the twilight world then you want to expierience it a second time then you should read it again.

  7. Harley-Dee says:

I LOVE TWILIGHT, NEW MOON, ECLIPSE AND BREAKING DAWN SO MUCH I LOST COUNT IN HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE READ THE BOOKS AND MY BEST FRIEND IS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT ME BECAUSE I DONT USUALLY CRY EVER BUT I HAVE HOVE ALSO LOST COUNT IN HOW MANY TIME I HAVE CRIED WHILE READING THE BOOKS IM CRYING ALL THE TIME NOW BUT I CANT HELP IT I CRIED WATCHING MARLEY AND ME, BUT ANYWAYS I REALLY THINK U SHOULD READ IT AGAIN BECAUSE I FIND THAT EVERYTIME I READ THE BOOKS I THINK ABOUT IT IN DIFFERENT WAYS AND YOU MISS THINGS THE FIRST TIME AROUND SO I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD READ IT AGAIN. MY BEST FRIEND ALSO THINKS THAT I DONT HAVE A LIFE BECAUSE ALL I TALK ABOUT IS TWILIGHT AND SHE’S NOT THAT INTO IT BUT I DISAGREE I TOLD HER I DO HAVE A LIFE IT JUST REVOLVES AROUND TWILIGHT! OH AND I LOVE TST! U GUYS ROCK!!!!

  8. Harley-Dee says:

  10. Reema B. says:

I think that Kassie should read Twilight more than once because, well every time I read the books, I always find something new that I never paid attention to before and you find a more deeper meaning to it all! and dont you want to relive the Yawsomeness we call the Twilight saga all over again… dont worry Kassie the dialogue is still mushy and corny and perfect, the scenes are still descriptivly vivid and exhilarating. And–for kassie–the scenes are still super steamy. And, you do podcasts, so every time you read it, you’ll find out something new that never occurred to you the first time, you can introduce a new topic!

  11. Sam from Oz says:

Kassie, my dear, it seems you have lost your mind. You MUST read Twilight again, it’s like an unspoken rule. Reading Twilight and the entire series again will make you feel the feelings you felt the first time you read them (Woah I just used a LOT of F’s), and you also pick up on more little details you didn’t know existed. It also helps you get excited for any upcoming movie releases (such as Twilight on DVD?) and will also prepare you for the 20th of November, when New Moon is released. Read them again, you won’t regret it.

  12. Brooke says:

Kassie , honey you should definitly read Twilight gain becouse well becouse its AWESOME! You will definitly get the expreince again as you did the first time and its soo good that i dont even think you can let it out of your hands, its tht good. K assie yo most definitly should read the WHOLE twilight saga again and agaian . You wont regret it!

  13. Sia says:

    Kassie,
YOU HAVE TO READ IT AGAIN BECAUSE …
    1. You’ll find things that you missed before.
    2. You’ll kick butt when you play Twilight Trivia or Twilight games.
    3. You’ll remember why your not crazy.

    AND LASTLY …

BECAUSE EDWARD WANTS YOU TO 🙂

  14. Ah~man~duh Cullen! says:

Yeah, you should definatly reread Twilight. When you reread a book you really understand things more. You get a strong feel of, well, deja vu sometimes. It’s quit fun and ironic reading Twilight over when you already know what happens in Breaking Dawn. It’s also funny when you read quotes that were said in the movie. Love the podcast!!!

  15. zoe says:

she should read it again because it is AWESOME

i am reading it for a second time at the moment and you pick out more of the detail and stuff that you missed before. Also it isn’t any more boring than the first time you read it, it is just as awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please please please read it again you will enjoy it and you know you will !!!!!!!!!!

  16. Alisha says:

I think Kassie should read Twilight again because typically on the first read through of a book you are anticipating what is going to happen next that you often miss the little details that can be quite important or give you additional insight into the characters, and plot. I know for myself that I tend to read the book too quickly because I just want to find out how it ends!! I think by reading it a second time you’ll pick up on little things that you didn’t notice the first time through for example, when Bella opens her bedroom window for the first time she notices how easily it opens and thinks that’s odd because it hasn’t been opened for years, but we as the reader know that it has been opened recently in fact quite often cause Edwards been sneaking in through it. When I read that part the second time I giggled to myself cause I totally hadn’t caught it the first time through. So Kassie you totally need to read Twilight again to pick up on all those fun little details you missed the first time through!

Love you guys and the podcast!!
    Alisha

  17. medianoche says:

You should definitely reread the Twilight series, if not all books! Rereading is great for many reasons including:
    * (The Economy) – It makes your money go further! If you only read a book once it’s kinda like going to see a film at the cinema once (costs around £5-ish) or getting the DVD and watching it all the time for a one-off payment of £15.
** (Excitement) – Become your own Edward Cullen (or Jacob Black) cheering team!!! You become more attatched to the characters the more you read because you know them more, you know what they like and what annoys them – so you could cheer as Bella hits Jacob in New Moon – I know I did!!!
*** (Characters) – Come on! It’s Edward Cullen for goodness sake! It’s worth re-reading just for him!!!
****(Insight) – You know what’s coming so you can pick up on hints and jokes you may not have noticed before…
*****(Or Else) – I beg you reread books it can give you much more enjoyment (I’ve read the Twilight series 7 times already and I bought them in August last year, long before I found there was going to be a film) it’s definitely worth it – trust me…Or else…(I don’t know what!)

  18. Arabella says:

    Hiya!

Kassie, it is ALWAYS good to re-read a book – there’s nothing negative about it. Here are some True Reasons:

–You notice things that you didn’t before – this is really true. You think and read a book differently everytime you re-read it. You may discover something that will unleash some amazing theory! ♪♪SUPPORTER SPECULAATIONS!♪♪

–You will experience the whole falling-in-love-with-Edward as well as Bella! This is a NICE experience!

–When you read Eclipse, New Moon, BD, you can imagine Everybody’s character in the movie in your head, which makes it nice because it defines the appearance of the characters for you.

–You can read Twilight and compare it to the movie (scenes and script wise) in your head. Also, when you read the other three books, you can imagine what they will do in the movie.

–You will remind and familiarise yourself with the story again.

–You will feel all good and studious for reading another whole book!

Love the podcast – the best one out there!

    Arabella (Bella as well!)

    xx

  19. NicoleKline says:

Well you’ve already got over 150 reasons? That should be plenty.

Of course you have to read it again!!

I’m reading the Host right now and its good, you should read it if you haven’t already.

  20. Julia C says:

Kassie, you should definately read Twilight again! I have read it, I think, four times! It never bores me. Stephenie Meyer puts in so much detail and you catch new things every time you read it. You also catch new snippets that probably didn’t make much sense the first time round. I laughed when Bella was going to school on the first day, and she said something to the effect of “nobody’s going to bite me”. I have a bunch more reasons, but I’m on a tight schedule now so if I think of more I’ll post them later . By the way, love the podcast guys! (: (:

  21. Julia C says:

Oh, and you should also read New Moon again. I think that is the most important to reread because I know I rushed through the Bella and Jacob stuff just waiting for Edward to come back. At first, it was one of my least favorite books because there was almost no Edward, but once I read it again it was one of the better ones. Ok, thanks again for the podcast, I love listening!

  22. Brandy says:

Hey ladies! Love the show! I have read Twilight twice. I re-read it right before the movie came out. Which, I wouldn’t recomend. Everything in the book was fresh in my head, so I was VERY aware of the missing/changed parts in the movie.
However, I will say that I loved reading it the second time! It was like watching my favorite movie again. Now Kassie, I know you’ve seen a movie twice or even more! Why not read your favorite book again? It’s the same thing! Re-Read it! You’ll be glad you did!
Also, I did have one question: I know you guys started discussing the Host, what happened to that?!?!? I loved it and would love to hear other people’s opinions about it. Just a thought! Thanks guys!

  23. Twilight Addict says:

Cause there the most awesomest books alive!!!! (Sorry Harry Potter!) I always thought when you read a book the second time, it’s always better than the first time you read it. You get to relive everything again, which is great, and you get to think about how HOT Edward is!

  24. Erin(: says:

HEY! You might be suprised what you read in this comment!!??!!??!!
By golly goodness!Or Heavens to betsie!!
I actually don’t think Kassie should re-read the series BUT should re-read.*GASP!!*(Did I just say that?) Why Yes, yes I SO did! I know some following coments are going to say I cooka for coco puffs but let me support my statement.
    Shouldn’t Re-read Reasons!!
1.Kassie shouldn’t re-read Twilight or the WHOLE 4 books is because that is over like 2000 pages(which is SO not alot for me but that’s me).
2.If you re-read the saga or book you might have different feelings for characters.I’m not saying that’s a BAD thing but NOT a good thing when it comes to Jacob*Yuck!* Sorry I think he can kiss my ***(Keeping it clean. Unlike Kassie last week. Tisck tisck!)
    Should Re-read Reasons!!!
    1. HELLO! IT”S TWILIGHT WE’RE TALKING ABOUT!
2.You might notice things you didn’t notice the first time!
3.It is fun, fUn, FUN!! That is how reading is!*DUH!*
4.And you might just fall in love with the series all over again*AWWWW*
Everything has its ups and downs, just like a rollercoaster, so get on the ride and see were it takes you. WOAH! I AM SO SMART!!!! Hmm… I think that this comment is through I might make some pasta and re-read Twilight myslef!(Hahaha! You get it? At the restruant Edward and Bella..Itlian food=pasta! MAN I”M GOOD!!!!)
    Lots of Twove!
    erin(:

  25. DiAnn says:

I’m a impatient speed reader and like to finish a new book as soon as possible so I can get to the next book in the TBR pile (To Be Read).

I recommend that Kassie re-read Twilight because just like watching the same movie over again, she will see things differently the second time.

As someone who has now read Twilight and the rest of the books in the series three times, I definitelty recommend that she read it again.

  26. Dyanna says:

Kassie should TOTALLY re-read these books! I went through and re-read Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse only (OK, and maybe the “Good parts” *wink* of Breaking Dawn 🙂 ). You have NO IDEA how much stuff you missed the first time! When I first read the books I was so into them I blew through them because I just needed to know what happens next! I ended up missing a lot of stuff that I didn’t realize until went back and re-read it. The details helped fill out a lot of things that made the characters even more real. You should do it. Maybe you’ll even LIKE Jacob this time around. 🙂

  27. IHEARTSETH says:

    ummmmm. I don’t know! Well, I think I have an idea….

    BECAUSE EDWARD CULLEN IS HOT!!!!
    BECAUSE ALICE ROCKS!
BECAUSE TWILIGHT IS THEB EST FREAKING BOOK IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!

    I say no more.

  28. IHEARTSETH says:

oh, also: because Jacob rocks! AND (last time) I should know, having read the entire series 8 times (not kidding)

    GO SETH CLEARWATER!

  29. hahahhahahahaha why should she not. i mean hello it is awsome. and you just fall in love with them so get off your butt and re read it agin women hahahahahahahahahaha.
    love your padcasts

  30. andrea says:

I think she should reread it, there are so many details of these books that I forget or don’t remember since I read it so fast the first time, that I quickly picked up on the second and third times around.

  31. avii says:

    hello hello!
I really think Kassie should read the book again!
I’m now re-reading it and it is so good! i mean after that I saw the movie for 10 times or something like that I forgot the best parts.. like the blood type test or how Tyler is asking her out.. I think it’s so funny!
I never re-read books, but Twilight is something different!

    love your podcasts,
    kisses from Switzerland!
    – avii

  32. KIMBERLY says:

If we are talking about Twilight and not the saga, I’d have to say you must re read the book to prepare yourself for new moon.

    1. You fall in love with Edward in Twilight!
    2. You are introduced to Jacob, and I know he’s not your fav but you get to meet him and see where he’s coming from in respect to his loving Bella.
    3. You see why Bella has such a hard time when Edward leaves.
    4. Just so that you can refresh your memory as to what really happened. So many things were changed in the movie.

I hope you decide to read it or even listen to the audiobook, and renew your love for all things Edward, I mean Twilight 😀

  33. The REAL Mrs. Edward Cullen says:

I’ve read every single book in my personal home library at least 4 times each… And that is an extensive amount of novels. I am a crazy person and I annotate and highlight my books, and the older and more worn they look, the better. So… idk I find a certain joy in reading and re reading the books… i forget what comes next and its just like the first time. I love the language and the everything and I just LOVE to re read a book. More than I love reading it the first time…. Because honestly, the first time around I’m in a rush trying to finish and find out… So I dont appreciate the small things. Reading a book again gives you a deeper understanding and a larger appreciation for it. And let me tell you something, there is ALOT that goes into a book. I can’t really say Twilight has too many symbols or literary features…. but maybe you’ll find some symbolism there in the rain, in the bio class, with the different archetypal characters. Who knows?

    xoxo,
    The crazy book girl

  34. Hannah says:

    Heyy
Kassie you should so read it again!
It never gets boring, and you notice so much more second time round, and third… and fourth… and fifth….
Ive re-read all the saga loads of times and each time you find something different that links them all together.
Plus Twilight is ALL about Edward, (though, granted there is a little Jacob) you know you wanna experience that again!

Love the podcast guys, you’re amazing!
    Northern England loves you!

    Hannah xx

  35. Emily says:

Ok i have one reason… Its Twilight Duh! 😛

  36. Zhaan says:

I’ve read Twilight twice and I’m listening to it on audiobook so that makes 3 times through. For me it just gets better every time I read it! I do not like re-reading books or even watching movies multiple times as a rule, but Twilight is an exception. I catch things I missed the first time or times. Like comments that foreshadow events that don’t happen until much later in the saga.

  37. Amanda G says:

WHAT!?!?!? Kassie! You’ve only read it once!!! That’s like illegal! Haha just kidding! But wow! I’m on my third time reading them and I just can’t put them down. But Kassie you HAVE to read them again! This is urgent every Twilight fan has to read it at least twice!

  38. L!NA says:

Hey Kallie and Kassie!! I love the podcast! You guys are great.

    All right–Kassie.

You should definitely read Twilight again. As we all know, it’s wicked good! I’ve read it three times and I’ve read/listened to Chapter 13: Confessions (the meadow chapter) a bunch more times beyond that. (I tried to memorize the chapter once. I didn’t get too far.) Anyway, I can’t remember any other book that I’ve read again (besides New Moon and Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine) , not because I don’t like reading but because there are so many books out there that I want to read, so why should I re-read a book? There are a lot of little details and quotes that you miss the first read so a second read with Twilight is cool. Plus, all the fluff between Bella and Edward just makes the read worth it.

Also, now that you’ve seen the movie and all, you might be able to picture the actors as the characters in the book. (I don’t know if that’s a good thing in your opinion or not.) But a reason why maybe you shouldn’t read the book again is because you’ve seen the movie, and as you read you’ll compare the movie to book…unless you like that.

All right. I’m looking forward to the next podcast. Thanks for reading!

    Lina

  39. Danielle Anderson says:

OF COURSE she should read twilight again i mean, COME ON!!! Twilight is the best thing since sliced and chocolate, yum yum, lol besides a wonderful person like Kassie deserves to read a GREAT book again….and AGAIN…and AGAIN!! lol
P.S: It just came to me that sometimes Kassie forgets some actually scenes in the book and without Kallie on the podcast, she would be totally convinced that some scenes never took place at all. so maybe you should read in Kassie to refresh your memory lol…STILL LUV YOU GIRL!!!

  40. Danielle Anderson says:

OF COURSE she should read twilight again i mean, COME ON!!! Twilight is the best thing since sliced bread and chocolate, yum yum, lol besides a wonderful person like Kassie deserves to read a GREAT book again….and AGAIN…and AGAIN!! lol
P.S: It just came to me that sometimes Kassie forgets some actually scenes in the book and without Kallie on the podcast, she would be totally convinced that some scenes never took place at all. so maybe you should read in Kassie to refresh your memory lol…STILL LUV YOU GIRL!!!

  41. booklvr-c says:

I loved, loved the books the first time, so I personally couldn’t wait to reread the books again. In fact, I want to start to reread them a third time around, but I am restraining myself until the movie is closer to coming out! Since listening to your podcast both of you have given me a new perspective on the books and also a lot of new theories. The love story between Bella and Edward is amazing and also the realization of their love upon everyone around them (the Cullens & Bella’s parents, Jacob) is quite interesting and when you read it the first time you miss so much, then when you do read it a second time some o f the subilties come out that were not noticed the first time around…there are so many that it is hard to list them all….but girl, you SHOULD definitely read these amazing books again!!!!!! LOVE, LOVE your podcast!

  42. Amanda says:

I think that you should reread Twilight again because you will catch things that you missed. When you read something the first time, I am not saying that you aren’t really paying attention, but you definitely want to get to the end as soon as possible. So you aren’t really paying attention to detail, like when Edward picks up Bella to go to the meadow, I don’t know if you remember but they both had on the same color shirt and Edward was the one to point it out. I think its the little things like that that matter when it comes to books about romance, like Twilight. Then again I also think that it depends on the person. Kassie, if you feel that reading Twilight again is going to make you like it even more, read it again, but if you feel that your opinion on the subject won’t change then I don’t see why you would read it again, but how will you know if you don’t try. I know that the first time I read the series, just Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse, I didn’t really know what to think of the characters. I hadn’t really developed an opinion on them. Like Bella for instance, when I first read the series I didn’t really care what Bella did as long as Edward was with her and they were together, but when I read the series again I started to really dislike Bella. I began to think that Bella was selfish and wanted everything her way. I still believe that about Bella because of how the series ended and so on. So maybe by rereading the book your opinion on the characters and their decisions will change your point of view on them.

  43. Jade 5233 says:

Now you know that whole story. When you go back and read Twilight again, you can see things that you didn’t catch the first time around. You get more insight. Since the story is told from Bella’s perspective, you only really saw what she saw and understood. Some of Edward’s more cryptic words and behaviors are more understandable now.
One time I read back and forth between the first 12 chapters of Twilight and Midnight Sun. That was quite enlightening–especially how Edward felt that he was being too transparent with her, yet in her perspective, his thoughts remained frustratingly mysterious.

The danger of re-reading Twilight is that you may intend to stop there–but it pulls you into re-reading the remainder of the series again. 😉

  44. Cedar says:

^ I agree with #193 but i disagree re-reading all of them is a good thing!

  45. Hanalee says:

    Well…..let’s see….besides the OBVIOUS reasons…..
    1. You always catch new things
    2. It’s a light read
    3. Kallie is always like, “Oh and remember when….” and Kassie is like, “WHA……?” and then Kallie is like, “YOU DON’T REMEMBER THAT?” and Kassie is like, “MMMM….nope! LA LA LA LA LA! I love to sing!” which is adorable and hilarious, but still reveals that a rereading MIGHT be in order…ya know?

he he he…I love you guys! And your adorable accents!

  46. Gina Cullen says:

    Kassie,
First of all, love the singing on the show! And its wonderful to hear two sisters that are so close, I too have one sister and we are not as close but it makes me miss her and want to work on relationship! So thanks.
You should re-read Twilight because since you already know what happens, you can relax and “drink in” (no pun intended) the story. The first time I read it I was reading so fast because I couldn’t wait to see how the story ended. When you re-read it is all about the love story and the romantic words Edward says!
I have NEVER read a book a second time, I am the kind after I know the story I could never get into rereading, I’d be bored. But I did reread every Twilight book in the series and loved it, although I also NEVER look at the ending of a book and had to when I read New Moon and I also had to do the same thing the second time around, I just couldn’t stand Edward around! I had to make sure he was still at the end. LOL
Thanks for all your hard work, Love the podcast.
    Gina Cullen, Twilighter

  47. Gina Cullen says:

OOPS! I meant I just couldn’t stand Edward NOT around!
    Thanks, Gina

  48. Luna Eclipse says:

    Kassie:

So people always look at me like I just escaped the asylum when I tell them this, but I’ll try to explain it anyways (maybe Kallie can back me up on this?). This is really hard to explain, but here it goes:

My theory is that the entire world of twilight does exist in another reality, it just does not exist in our reality. Example: Edward exists, but Edward exists only relative to the existence of Bella, Nessie, Jacob, their Forks, etc. Edward, howerver does NOT exist reletive to the existence of you, I, Kallie, etc. I think that there are more such realities of existence, such as dreams, perhaps.

Reading the book(s) again is the closest you can get to existing in (or relative to) the amazing world of Twilight, the closest you can get to coexist with Alice, Jasper, Jane and so on. And that is so AMAZING when you think about.

Also: It may be just me, but I find it kind of strange that you co-host a podcast about Twilight when you’ve only read the book once… but I still love both you guys

  49. Krissy says:

    Kassie,

I really recommend that you read the twilight books at least one more time. I know when I read them that I begin to visualize the story in my head and sometimes I miss things. It is always fun to re-read them to see what other details I can pick up. You also get a better idea of the situations since you know how the ending is going to turn out. Such as you now know more about Alice’s visions so it makes sense the way Edward was reacting in Twilight.

I really hope Stephanie finishes Midnight Sun, because that REALLY gives you a better idea of the whole story. You get more of an understanding about why Roslie is the way she is and the dynamic of the Cullen family.

Love the podcast and I have all my friends listening to it. Keep up the good work!
    -Krissy

  50. Emma says:

I was and kind of was and still am and anti re-reader of books that I have already read however sayig that I did read the chapters of Midnight Sun on Stephenies website and that made me want to read Twilight again as I could pick up on little things that were mentioned in Midnight Sun that I totally didn’t pick up on when I first read Twilight. I know that Kassie might not want to to read Midnight Sun but I would definatly re-read Twilight anyway as the second time you read it you can take your time and just enjoy the story more. And it may just be me but I found it kind of exciting that I knew what was going to happen in the characters in future. Although I must admit I found Bella extra annoying the second time I read Twilight I felt like just screaming at her to stop moaning and that everything would turn out ok. However I’m on New moon again at the moment and finding it so much harder to read I’ve got to the point where Bella and Charlie are having breakfast the first few months after Edward and the Cullens have done a midnight flit . I find Bella annoying at the best of times but without Edward to make her happy she is even more so. I’m kind of thinking about skipping to where Alice comes back as she cheers everything up lol.

PS. Just in case the term midnight flit is lost in translation is refers to a person or person’s who pack up and leave their homes hastily usually in the middle of the night without prior warning.
