I don’t think Bella was crazy. I think that jumping off a cliff was stupid but not crazy…… OK that made no sene however what I’m saying is that I think she just needed a distraction or she would have been dead in the fifth chapter!

Ok we all know she was crazy in love… who wouldn’t want to hold onto that last bit of hope of love.

I totally hate the point that she basically uses jacob as a rebound. personally I think he is disgusting. But its just wrong!

If she has the feeling that I felt when reading the parts about the pain edward caused, then she needs to hold onto his voice… maybe she realised that one day he will heal that pain.

I think I’m with you guys on this one Because not only was the whole thing a bit creepy when she first heard Edward in Port Angeles I think that It was her other half the Edward Bella not the Jacob, I mean she was dealing really badly (as you would, ITS EDWARD!!!!!) so she felt a tiny bit of resolution to her loss, she was convinced he was looking over her and to hear his voice she would have to endanger herself like Edward was always concious about, to me it was weird but people deal with break ups differently, the only thing I would say she was, was hoping that Edward was coming back but looking out for her in the mean time.

Hell no! Bella is NOT crazy. She’s just someone who had someone leave her, who had meant the world and more to her, and who she’d die for – ahem. Be turned into a vampire, anyone? – and hearing those voices and going cliff diving and riding motorcycles isj ust the way she could remember the sound of his voice, remember HIM. Plus, if you fell for Edward, devoted your life to him, meant the world to him, would die for him, wouldn’t you want to hold onto the last little bit of him, even no matter how much it hurt?

I think she was love sick. You know when you love someone with every thing you have and then it’s over without no warning? I never been that much in love with anyone but if my son just “left” I think I would understand that ache in your soul.
