ummmm, i have a question and I think this is a good place to get it answered. is the Host a good book? I just curious ‘cuz I’m a HUGE Twilight fan, but it talks about aliens!!! This is what I thought of Twilight before I read it… but I wanted to see what people thought about it first…. On ascale of 1 to 1- (10 being the best) what would u rate it? THANK YOU!!!!!!!
I rate it a 10! It is fantastic, its SM’s writing style just a differant character and story. BUT SOO GREAT! you should read it!

Yes, The Host is amazing. And i’m not just saying that because I’m a Twilgiht fan. The Host is one of my favorite books. The story is wonderful and the characters are fantastic. It starts off slow, but stick with it, because it’s worth it.
To be honest, I think in various ways..The Host is better than Twilight

Just an observation (and this is NOT at all to say I don’t like The Host, because I do)… but if this site is called Twilight Series Theories, why exactly are we talking about The Host? And if we’re going to discuss ALL Stephanie Meyers’ books, then shouldn’t this be called something else? Again, I mean no offense, I’m a big fan of ALL her work… but The host ISN’T a Twilight book- that’s all I’m saying…

Kasha: We like “The Host” and we WANT to talk about it. SO why not have it on this site, that way we don’t have to navigate to other pages. It’s Stephenie Meyer’s work and obviously this site was made before “The Host” came out. The Twilight books are done for now and yeah we have the movies, but sometimes we just want to discuess other books with the friends we’ve made here. I’m not trying to be rude, but what’s the big deal, who cares? You don’t have to go to this page, if you don’t want to.

Oh, and as far as the whole “don’t come to the site if you don’t like it”- please tell me where I said I didn’t like it? Just like you don’t feel the desire to navigate to other sites to talk about what you want, I don’t see the point in having a site that is supposed to be dedicated to Twilight where you expand it to include all the author’s works… again, it was an opinion, and you didn’t have to get rude about it… but hey, knock yourself out! lol

the host is the BEST BOOK EVER. the twilight saga is, of coarse, the best series.but just recently reading the host, i must say that it is a completely different experience. one word: WOW. all hail Stephenie Meyer!!! she is a queen.
