Hey Callie and Cassie, (i’m sorry for the lenght of the letter)
Firstly i have to say how much i love you guys and I am so great full for your podcast.
I live in Australia and unfortunately i can’t go to any of the Twilight premiers or to comic con, but luckly i still feel apart of the twilight fandom, because every week- or sometimes month , i can turn on my ipod and listen to you guys. i think you have kept me from going insane, because where i live (in the bush in the state of Victoria) i can’t get the internet (i get the podcast from my cousins in Amsterdam when they visit) and it is hard for me to get news about the saga and the fandom, so for that thank you.
But the real reason for this is to tell Callie (who i think is hilarous and don’t ever change) about Rob’s NIPPLE.
I found a picture of Rob with his shirt off in New Moon, and luckly his nipple is not weird or lopsided like in the film:) . i think that the special effect (sparkle) on his chest made it look odd and they tryed to fix it but just made it worse. hahahah.
Also i have to say i am very thankfull to Cassie about the segment the book of the month, it is so great to hear about your views and ideas on other novels. Thanks for being you. Again sorry for the length. Luv from Charlotte, AUSSIE, AUSSIE, AUSSIE, OH, OH, OH

Hi Girls — I think you two are crazy! I loved the movie from beginning to end. I thought it was well-paced, well-scripted, and enjoyable even for those who had not read the book. I LOVED that so much of the dialogue was true to the book. My husband and I went and saw it one later afternoon and immediately ducked into another theater and watched it again — enjoyed it even more the second time.
I do agree with your favorite moments — doesn’t it seem that Billy Burke is always stealing the show????
I also agree that the music was very disappointing. The soundtrack was much more orchestrated and like something you would expect with a movie like Gone with the Wind. I always so look forward to how the music in the past has propelled the story forward — this time the music was a dud.
Can’t wait to see it again!

I still find it hard to believe Kallie prefers the editor for New Moon over than Twilight…..I definitely feel New Moon was sooooo cheesy and scenes were too choppy that I found it difficult to stay awake thru the movie…so snooozie. I’m actually glad to hear Twilight editor is working on Eclipse. I’m so excited to see the love struggle and hope director and editor pull it off well. Also hope the soundtrack is great. I still listen to Twilight soundtrack over New Moon…..when have we heard any awards this year for New Moon? Silence-.There’s your answer which was better…Don’t Hate Me. Trailer Scene? Definitely the fight scene between Victoria, Edward and Seth with Bella re-enacting the Quelite Legend of the “3rd Wife”.

I am listening to your New Moon review. I am not sure if it was Kassie or Kallie who said that she was underwhelmed with the physical appearance of the other wolves, but I could not agree more!
I thought the exact same thing. I expected them all to be ripped…maybe not Taylor Lautner ripped, because he is unbelievable. But, in my mind I imagined that they physical presentation would reflect that lean, chiseled, hard-muscle look. They spend all their time running, wrestling, and the whole physical nature of their existence seems to imply that they would be rock-solid. I am not saying that they needed to be super, hard-bodies, but I expected to see more muscles…or at least a clear picture of strength. Quill and Embry didn’t look strong enough to pose a real threat to any vampire…

The other thing, that you didn’t mention, but totally irritated me about New Moon was Edward’s wardrobe. Why the suits? Is he supposed to be well-dressed? Yes. Armani in High School? Come on. I think they could have executed better there.
I loved his whole look in the first movie and I think the shift in wardrobe themes really aged him in New Moon…

Personally, the thing I love most about Robert Pattinson playing Edward Cullen is his voice. I like Rob’s real voice – who doesn’t love a British accent, but the fact that he drops the accent makes me feel like Edward really has his own voice. I love it!

well this is kind of random but you know in twilight, at the very end, when you see Victoria watching over Bella and Edward, well why do we see her start crying, i didin’t think vampires could cry. if you could please state your comments, that would be cool, and if this is read on your podcasts then i would be most appreciative.

I’m listening to some of your old podcasts, and I don’t know if you have had this answered (and don’t know how else to contact the podcast)
It was in week 38 and you were wondering what that part in Eclipe meant when Edward and Bella say: ‘It’s your face.’ That was referring to the fact that Edward threatened to break Jacob’s face if he kissed Bella again – it was a threat, kind of in the ‘It’s your funeral’ kind of way, if you know what I mean…Thanks xx I hope you read these Cassie/ Callie/ any website people.
Also, love the podcast…SO excited for New Moon movie!! xx

They should have another group for the Twilight Love Triangle, Team Bella. Which means she doesn’t go to Edward or Jacob and she isn’t confused. She’s independant, she doesn’t need them. Though I’m Switzerland, they should always remember Team Bella.
