A Look at Edward’s Volvo in “Breaking Dawn”Mar 31st, 2011 | By Stefanie | Category: Fandom, Featured Articles, Movie News
Twifans.com had the chance to visit some of the Breaking Dawn filming locations in British Columbia and they stumbled across a nice surprise:
at band campin Squamish….we thought silver Volvos might grow on trees!!! While driving on a rural country road in the logging town of Squamish, B.C., we stumbled upon the ‘Breaking Dawn’ set. How did we know it was the ‘Breaking Dawn’ set you ask? Well the production assistant/girl guarding the public road confirmed it when we asked-is how. As respectful fans we are-we turned around and thought we would come back another day (…)
We decided another trip to this set location was in order. This time the set was closed-meaning no cast, no filming. This time we could drive on through! JACKPOT BABY! I got my camera out and started taking pictures while driving through on the the public road. You would think I was surrounded by movie stars and not pine trees. Needless to say the pine trees were papped like they were stars in Hollywood at the famous Ivy restaurant. After what seemed like a thousand pictures, we ran to our closest safe house…Starbucks to upload photos and see what I really caught on film.
BOOYAH! To our surprise we didn’t just get trees! But we saw lights…boring. No trespassing signs…boring. Generators…boring. Trailers…not boring, but as cool as those items were-they were not as cool as a SHINY VOLVO!!! Yes straight through the trees and down a driveway (that I didn’t even notice) was 2 brand new Volvos!
Head over to Twifans.com (you need to be a member in order to read it) to read the rest and to see more pictures of the Volvo.
