I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE YOUR podcast. I am a 32 year old mom of a 14 year old girl and we both love the Twilight Series. I fell in love with the books because it is similar to my own life. (FYI, I am not a vampires) But, I fell in love with my soul mate and best friend when I was 17 years old. So I can totally relate to the story of Bella and Edward.
I just wanted to let you guys know that I absoulutely love your podcast and keep up the great work.

I’m very happy to announce that Taylor Lautner will be playing Jacob Black in New Moon and that he’s doing so with the enthusiastic support of Summit Entertainment, the producers, and Stephenie Meyer.
The characters in Stephenie’s books go through extraordinary changes of circumstance and also appearance; so it is not surprising that there has been speculation about whether the same actor would portray a character who changes in so many surprising ways throughout the series. But it was my first instinct that Taylor was, is, and should be Jacob, and that the books would be best served by the actor who is emotionally right for the part. I think that fans of Twilight the book and the movie will be surprised by the Jacob Black that Taylor will bring to the screen in New Moon; and I’m looking forward to working with him and the rest of the cast in realizing the film.

Hey ladies,
My name is Jennifer and I just discovered podcasts a few weeks ago!! I love the Twilight series and acutally found you ladies by luck when listening to Imprint, and you did the joint live show with them. I just have to say that you ladies are class acts. I thoroughly enjoy your podcasts, find your explanations, predictions, and examination of the Twilight series to be spot on, in depth, and has made me appreciate the series all the more. It is funny, since I just finished the Alice & Jasper podcast this morning, to hear how good you both were at predicting some of the things from Breaking Dawn. I am sure I will discover much more great material as I try to quickly work my way through the rest of the podcasts to get up to date.
Again, just let me say that I feel lucky to have found you, and hope that all your listeners can convince you to contiue on for the forseeable future, or at least until the movies are done!
P.S. I also am not able to get the two Rob interviews from ITunes, that others have written about, and wondered if there was a solution for that yet.
Keep up the great work ladies, your sharp minds and sharp wits are truly enjoyable to listen to, and you make me feel like we are sitting in my living room just shooting the breeze and talking about our favorite books!!

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Taylor Lautner will be back to morph into the monstrous Jacob Black in the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon.”
There had been talk that a bigger, buffer, more menacing actor might play the role when the second of Stephenie Meyer’s hugely successful vampire novels hits movie screens come Nov. 20. Lautner, by comparison, appears lean and sweet-faced in part one. But distributor Summit Entertainment and director Chris Weitz confirmed Wednesday that Lautner would be returning.
Stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will also be returning as the saga’s doomed young lovers, high schooler Bella Swan and brooding vampire Edward Cullen.
Catherine Hardwicke’s “Twilight” opened at No. 1 with a whopping $69.6 million at the box office in November, the biggest opening ever for a female director. It has since grossed about $177 million domestically.”
i’m so glad that they are staying with Taylor for Jacob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I do think that his teeth are oddly white.

hello so im tring to see all the coment from your podcasts #45 and post a coment but i cant fine non of the comments u guys talk about so help me give the write plase to go to and your web page ok thank you …….
ok so i just wanted to defend jacob b/c i LOVE him… i ttly lyk feel his pain all the time! lyk in New Moon i cried lyk a thousand times when bella was with jacob (for example; page 224 when jacob has just transformed into a werewolf and has to tell Bella not to come see him until he calls. He hangs up on Bella and his last goodbye until what he thinks will be years [until sam thinks he has control enough to be around her safely] is her name… also, I cried when he has to lie to her when she finally gets to see him… another part was when she goes to visit him and tells him she knows what he is, but she thinks the pack is responsable for the dissappearances… i was also soo angry when they were in the car [pg 376] after she has jumped off of the cliff and he is taking her home and he smells Alice inside her house! i was sooo upset i wished i could somehow change that one little instant! the most agravating part of the whole book was when he was about to kiss her [pg 411] but then the phone rings! i was sooo mad because that kiss is what i had always wanted to happen!) obviously- i LOVE jacob! anytime people try to argue that jacob is dumb and annoying and mean to bella the way he keeps trying to get her to love him throughout the whole series then i have a great argument against that and its a little confusing so bear with me if you have to read it more than once because it is sooo worth it!
If Edward treated Bella the way Bella treats Jacob, would you expect Bella to act any other way towards Edward than the way Jacob acts toward Bella. Since the series is for the most part written about Bella, and from her point of view, we see clearly her love towards Edward. She would not just leave Edward alone and consent to being just friends if Edward were to need her to be happy the way Bella needs Jacob. Bella would not be able to help herself! She would try to get Edward to love her, and she wouldnt give up until Edward gave in- thats what true love is!

OMG!! I love your podcasts,you guys are so funny!!ok first of all I think charlie is such a cute name for a girl. Ok second. I think that if stef meyers does come out a book that follows the 4th book then it would be about renessmee and her troubles with Jacob.I wonder how Nessie would react to finding out that her mother made out with her true love before she was born.even though I love stef meyers and all of books I think that if stef keeps writing more and more books she will run out of ideas. I think it would be really awsome if stef wrote a book about a character like jasper or Leigh.

I’m new to this podcast as well. I actually got all of the episodes through Microsofts Zune software. I have a Zune and and iPod and like you, I wasn’t able to get them through iTunes. Download the Zune software from zune.net, set up the download directory to be the same as your iTunes directory, and you should be able to get all the past episodes and they will import right into your iTunes library. I now have all the episodes and both my Zune and iPod. : )

I really like your podcast, it has helped to answer a lot of my questions…but I’m just starting Eclipse and I have to say that I’m very annoyed w/ Bella’ character. She has 2 moods, mad or scared. She isn’t nice to anyone, doesn’t seem like fun at all & she’s very ungrateful. I don’t see what the guys see in her, but having said that…I really like the story. The danger & story line keep me interested. So why all the hype? Am I the only one who doesn’t like Bella? I also don’t like the fact that she didn’t bat an eye when Rosalie told her she had killed those 5 men, but then she judges Jacob for what the wolves do. I wonder also if the things that attract Bella to Edward will still apply for him if or when she does become a vampire? That’s probably answered in the last book. I’m just frustrated because I like the story and the concept so much, but can’t stand the main character. What am I missing?
Any insights would be helpful. I don’t mind if they’re spoilers, I just need help understanding her.

PS- I think Stephanie has a great imagination, but it really takes a while for each book to get interesting for me. But once it does, it really holds my attention.

Anyways don’t know if you will read this comment but I was watching a few episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I notice that Gil Birmingham”Billy Black”, happens to be in the episode titled “Inca Mummy Girl”, and plays the character Peru Man who is a bodyguard. Its season two episode 4. It seems he was destined to be in a vampire/ werewolf movie. Hope you like that tidbit!

I was wondering why I am unable to download the podcasts from 11/12,11/13 and 11/19 on itunes? It shows them but doesn’t download. Its the podcasts when you talk about Rob in Dallas, Interview and when you were in L.A.

Hi. Is it true that New Moon is coming out on november 20th 2009?? but they haven’t even started filming yet. there have also been other rumours that new moon and eclipse are being made into one. and apparently Breaking Dawn is being split into 2.
So can you clear up these facts. I’m listening 2 ur podcast for this week 😀

Just thought I’d let you know that you gals have a great podcast. I just started listening to it a couple of days ago and you crack me up. I listen to you while I’m driving down the road (I’m a truck driver) and you really make the time (and miles) fly by. My younger sister (she’s 28, I’m 35) got me hooked on the Twilight saga a couple of months ago and I have since read all of the books about 3-4 times already and will probably start reading them again shortly. hey guys! to start off, i love this podcast!! i totally laugh all the time. i love twilight, am on Team Jasper, and love having debates w/ my friend about Edward and jacob. screw jacob!!! okay, i have downloaded all of the podcasts from the past and still have yet to listen to them all… i am currently listening to the imprinting one from about a year ago, and i have a question. i already know who jacob imprinted on, but i was still wondering. If leah HAD imprinted on jacob, wouldn’t he have imprinted on her first if they are soul mates. after all, it says that the first time you see them after you become a werewolf, you instantly imprint. jacob changed before leah, and he had seen leah before she changed. just a thought.
