>”Into the Night” by Chad Kroeger–Bella becomes a vampire. “Dancing into the night” is simply a metaphor for this. “We forgot where we were and we lost track of time, / And we sang to the wind as we danced through the night”
>”Collide” by Howie Day–Okay, so I don’t think this is so much as a prediction, but IT’S GOING TO HAPPEN (at least I’m pretty sure it will). Basically, it’s Edward and Bella on their *ahem* honeymoon (and no, it’s not a dirty song). “The dawn is breaking / A light shining through / You’re barely waking / And I’m tangled up in you”
>”Keep Holding On” by Avril Lavigne–This is NOT a popular prediction, but I do think one of the Cullens will die in Breaking Dawn. As much as I hate to think it, I believe that Alice will die protecting Bella. I think this song goes along with this idea (from Alice’s POV). “When it gets cold / and it feels like the end, / there’s no place to go, you know I won’t give in”
I actually think new soul is perfect for The Host.
A guy friend that I have made read the books introduced me to a band called Skillet because the song “Rebirthing” reminded him of the books. I started listening to this band and not only did I really like it but alot of the songs reminded of different peoples point of view so I made a whole list with just Skillet songs! All I Need by Within Temptation — Bella trying to convince Jacob that she is still the same even if she is a vampire. I think she will go looking for him. I think. It’s kind of a romantic song. But that’s not the way I see it. I just think this is her asking if she is still the same even when she is a vampire. It’s a good song. Listen. “Can you still see the heart of me?”
When I think of Breakimg Dawn and I think of someone dying…i think of this song: Forgiven by Within Temptation. Cuz sometimes I think of Bella or Edward dying and it just reminds me of them.

I think that the song “Pale” by Within Temptation really shows the struggle Bella will go through when she becomes a vampire. She will have to try to fight against her instincts to kill people, but Edward will be her inspiration.

I was listening to “Summer Hair = Forever Young” by The Academy Is… and I thought it was a stupid song until my friend made me REALLY listen to the lyrics. They are like an argument between Jacob and Edward to Bella; trying to convince her which is better. The song kid of goes with Eclipse but part of the lyrics refer to them being “forever young” like, i don’t know, being immortal? Here they are: (The first verse doesn’t really make sense and edward says the same thing over and over.

The song “Over You” by Chris Daughtry is the perfect song for when book two is ending and Jacob thought Bella was dead and then left and then imprints on Nessie!!! the line “the day i thought i’d never get through, i got over you.” was like exactly what i was thinking and it was great, like i knew you were gonna die but i can live because i found someone else. there are sooo many other lines in the song that remind me of Jacob. but you do have to listen a few times through to get the whole picture
in breaking dawn when bella is about to die from renesme i think you should play “far away” by nickelback. the chorus says:

hey… its me again…. i was listening to the top 100 on itunes, and i saw the “it’s not my time song” by 3 doors down and i clicked on it because i am kind of a fan of the band and i had no idea what it was…. then i realized it was perfect for Bella in book 2 of Breaking Dawn. it says “cuz it’s not my time, and i’m not” and this could be the end of me and everything i know but its not my time and i won’t go! it sound just like how she knows she’ll get through everything… even if her heart isn’t beating by the end! like i know everything is going to change, but i won’t leave the world yet! and thank you everyone who puts so much work into this website and playlists!
