I thought it was a very complimentary piece. It’s always worrysome when publications like the New York Times writes about pop-culture because it is often considered beneath their intellectual status. One of the themes that I love most about Twilight is that Edward wants Bella to remain chaste until they have become manpire and wife. It is inspiring and like the NYT writer mentioned, will challenge the young women of today to find a man who will respect their mind, body and soul. Hiopefully, they will realize before it’s too late that they don’t have to dress like a video chick and sleep around to get someone to love you.
