Day 3, Where Will You Be?

Hello everyone! We are getting sooo close to having Breaking Dawn in our eager little hands, just take a deep breath. Sigh. Okay, we have something pretty exciting to share with you all. Even though we know it’s not possible for all of us to be in NYC for the release party, all of us staffers here at TST would still like to meet you! We volunteers are spread out all over the country, so we have decided to do a sort of ‘meet & greet’ at the local stores we will be attending. This is your chance to come and talk with us about your love for Twilight, and who knows? Maybe we’ll interview you or take your picture for our gallery!
How will you know it’s one of us? We are all planning on either wearing Twilight Series Theories gear or we will have red ribbon on our wrist or in our hair. Here are our locations:
Kallie & Kassie: After their NYC show earlier in the day, the girls will be at Barnes & Noble at Parks Mall in Arlington, TX, somewhere around 10:15-10:30.
Jenna: Borders at 3630 Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee, GA
Alex: Barnes & Noble at 125 Woodruff Rd, Greenville, SC at 10:00
Chelsea: Barnes & Noble in Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach, VA
Lexine: Third Place Books, Lake Forest Park, WA
Lauren: Borders in Chapel Hill, OH (not in mall) dressed as the Volturi
Gabby: Barnes & Noble at the Summit in Birmingham, AL
Becka: Borders at Penn Plaza in NYC with the Lexicon
McKell: Barnes & Noble in Bountiful, UT 1780 North Woodland Dr.
Kelly: Will be at her local Barnes & Noble, so keep a look out.
Krystal: I will be at Walden Books (which is Borders) at the Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids, MI
Bite of Twilight will also be covering the release at the Turtle Creek Barnes & Noble in Jonesboro, AR. To see more details on this event, click here!

*sigh* i wish I could go to one of these. but, A, I don’t live anywhere near any of them, B, I can’t go anyway because I don’t have a car, and C, I have to work. *tear*
awww.. this sucks!.. 3 more days until i get my copy of breaking dawn, and i have no one to talk to about it !

Ugh, it would be great to go to one of these, but I don’t live near any of them. That’s funny because I bought a red ribbon to wear! Can’t wait to wear the shirt I made and to actually HAVE the book!! I hope everyone has fun, wherever they may be on Friday night!

Indiana always gets left out : ( I will be wearing my twilighter shirt as i wait in line for my wristband the morning of. that night i’ll be wearing my team edward shirt and decked out in red ribbon/nails/etc. and i’m excited like a pre-teen girl at a boy-band concert for the book. it doesn’t matter how it ends (although i do prefer certain things to *ahem* happen)…i just want to have the conclusion i’ve been dying for months to have. and besides, what’s a summer without a midnight release party? i gave a decade of my life to Harry Potter…and I wish I had 7 more for Twilight : )

I assume it’s for line placement when buying the book, but what stores (b&n or borders) are using them and when can you get them?

FWIW: The local Borders store in Mt. Laurel, NJ reports that wristbands are available 9:00 in the a.m. (when the store opens) for those who have ordered BD and are attending the party that night.
I’ll be in NYC in the a.m., back to Mt. Laurel to cook dinner, then off to Borders!
