‘Twilight’ Exclusive: Our Soundtrack Snap Judgments!

Entertainment Weekly got a first listen to the Twilight soundtrack and are comparing Rob’s voice to that of Jeff Buckley. Now, Jeff Buckley is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE musician, so my expectations are getting higher and higher. I have my fingers crossed, even though there can only be one Jeff 🙂 Here is the article describing each track!
Here is what they said about Rob’s song:
“After catching a quick bite of the beautiful Brit’s folksy Whisky a Go Go performance on YouTube, I was eager to hear what the thesp would do on his first bona fide recording. He did not disappoint. The delicate guitar and laid-back vocals (compared by some to a young Jeff Buckley) would be the perfect background to Edward and Bella’s post-fight reunion in the hospital. We may not be getting Pattinson’s version of ”Bella’s Lullaby,” but this track leaves me wanting for nothing — well, maybe a personal serenade.”

Hey guys!! hows it going? hey i had a brilliant theorie!! you know that song in the 1st trailer and the song called “red mist” that you put on your website (link to website page that has it). Welll i think that “red mist” IS bella’s lullaby BUT only part of it. According to that EW article about someone hearing the soundtrack/commenting on it, they said that Bella’s lullaby is 2:20 min long and that it has a piano play simple notes but it relies heavily with a lot of strings. IT FITS THE DESCRYPTION COMPLETELY!! But to remind you again, “red mist” is only 2:02 min long but i think its just part of bella’s lullaby (if you listen to it, it just stops. doesnt stop at an end). and plus that song was played on the trailer and (usually) everysong played on trailers of the movie/ the movie itself HAS to be on the soundtrack. So what do you think? im very sure it is Bella’s lullaby. Plus the song called Red Misr, is that its actual name? cuz they dont have it on the soundtrack and they would DEFINATELY have that song on the soundtrack!So listen to red mist, red my ideas, and tell me what you think!! hey about the comment about RED MIST..
im not sure if thats it…i think the sond would be more delicate, red mist to me has a bit of an eerie twist to it and idk if that would fit too well…but i think its still a pretty good speculation! i guess we’ll find out soon!!!!!
I need to hear the full soundtrack GAH!
