Summit has posted a press release about Taylor reprising the role of Jacob Black!
“My experience on TWILIGHT was wonderful and I am looking forward to continuing on with the team for NEW MOON,” said Lautner. “I have been working hard preparing for the physicality that this role will require and can’t wait to get started with the filming of NEW MOON.”

Im SOOOOOOOO happy that Taylor will still be Jacob. If they had picked someone else as Jacob, ooh, Id be MAD! And i mean Mad! I really HATE it when people re-cast in movies! It ticks me off, especially if that person is perfectly capable of playing that roll!
