    I hope they don’t cast Vanessa Hudgens shes too happy to play leah, and i just dont think shed be good for THIS series! LOVE Ashley think she’s an amazing Alice and couldn’t see anyone beside Rachelle being Vctoria.

    I could imagine Vanessa playing Leah in NM as a good actress should be able to portray any character – both happy and sad personalities. But I can’t imagine that she actually did audition, maybe it’s just a rumor.

    noooooooo vanessa please!!!!!! SHE’S FROM DISNEY! don’t they have like contracts saying they have to do disney stuff?! and also, i cannot see her as leah. i love leah, and it would coompletely ruin it. she’s too happy and annoying to be leah. leah is angsty and heartbroken. SHE CAN’T DO THAT! =[

    I do agree with not Vanessa Hudgens in the series, but not just because she’s from disney. Honestly that’s just a dumb reason. I’m sorry if you think she’s too “happy” for the part but she hasn’t been given a role where she’s played a “sad” character.

    PLEASE DON´T TAKE VANESSA! i just can´t stand that woman! she IS much to happy and all that! and she´s from HSM. i hate HSM. it would ruin the whole movie for me!

    I have never seen the HMS movie. I certainly don’t plan to either! But she’s seems to happy musically to play in new moon. Anyway Ashley was a great Alice. I really ahdore her she had such a pretty voice. Alice is my favorite character so I think she did a great job.
