Tri-Fold Packaging
- The finish of the rigid case is a tactile coating called “soft touch”, which is a smooth, almost velvety/rubbery matte finish. A pattern of tree branches will be foil stamped over the matte coating, which creates beautiful tone on tone imagery. The title treatment is foil stamped in a silver/blue, which completes the effect.
Exclusive Photo Cards
- The exclusive photo cards are printed on 2-sided pearlescent shine stock, which has a sparkle effect imbedded in the paper. The (10) photo cards look really amazing on this special stock, and the back sides have the same tree pattern from the inside of the rigid case, carrying the design throughout.

I can’t wait to see the deleted scenes. I live for deleted scenes on DVD’s!! I hope there longer, and not some ten second clip from a random place in the movie.
The DVD release is only a few days after my b-day so I am totally excited for March!!!

what i was expecting (but it doesn’t look like its on there) of a scene from midnight sun! i remember an article saying that there was one but it isnt on any of the lists!
I’d love to see the actors’ auditions/screen tests, especially Rob and Kristen’s chemistry test. Maybe they’ll include some of that kind of stuff in the “making of”??
I really want to see deleted scenes and the extended scenes because i felt the movie left you oddly because certain things from the book were left out. Like the medow scene was the one of the best parts in the book and there wasn’t really a meadow scene if you call that scene in the woods the meadow scene. I also want to see the scene where Emmett (Kellan) says she’s not one of us (From a trailer) and how it would have fit in to the movie. I would have love to have seen a blooper reel because there is one but it doesn’t show a lot of interaction between cast members and how they mess up lines or just laugh in a scene ( more or less the funny stuff during the filming of the movie)

i cannot wait for the documentary. i’de also love to see some stuff on casting the people. i mean, like videos of auditions if they have them, &ce, &ce. one of my friends was in the boarders book club thing, so i’m excited for that, too! i cannot wait! i do wish that there was more about the clothes though, since they’re all so cute! love the podcast!

i am looking forward to the deleted scenes . i would like to see if they put the lab scene in. it is were Bella gets sick at the smell of blood i was very sad that they did not have that part in the movie. i thought it would be a great scene and it lets you know that Bella can smell blood and it makes her really sick. i love the podcast and the short film you did.
Hey y’all. so if i had 2 say wht i wanted 2 see on the dvd it wuld proably b the deleted and extended scenes. this would be a chance 2 see wht they cut out frm our beloved Twilight. JK. BUt if i had 2 c something that was not on there wuld probaly be a commentry on the movie from the author (Stepenie Meyer)’s POV. I think i that wuld be very intresting. Also the scene where Bella gets sick in the biology blood scene. I also wanted to see more of JAcob but i no he doesnt show up until new moon so… I also wanted 2 c BElla’s negitive reaction to the truck and her falling down more than once. And her blushing. OK so i would be super happy with anything they give out on the dvd!!!! i am however most interested in the deleted scenes and all of the extra footage stuff!!!!!!!! i wish it could go on forever, just as the book should!!!!! well anyway what i would like to see on the DVD that isnt on there; well i really would like to see alot of the cast or something…and well thats already a guarantee so, i really would like to see one of those things were the cast makes a documentary of their typical shooting day!!!
I am most excited for ANY of the behind the scene stuff!! the entire cast looks like they are having so much fun i love watching all of it! i have seen the movie a good 10 times already so not as excited for the actual movie as i am for all the extras.
oh and one other thing… KELLAN!!! 😉

I am really looking forward to seeing the interviews and the commentary. Ever since I started reading Twilight, I have been obsessed with going on youtube and watching interviews with the cast, so to have some on the dvd and have them in good quality will be awesome! Also, in the past I have enjoyed listening to actors’ and directors’ commentary on other dvds for shows such as The Office and such, so I think a commentary with Catherine, Rob, and Kristen will be perfect! All in all, I just love listening to people involved with the film talk about what they did, so anything like that on the dvd will be my favorite.
It’s hard for me to find something that I wish was on the dvd, because they already put so much on that I really want to see! If there was something, though, it would have to be bloopers. Especially any involving Kellan Lutz, because both him and Emmett are my favorite people in the world :). I know that Twilight didn’t have that many funny scenes to crack up about and the actors were also very professional, so I know there probably wouldn’t be many. But maybe they could compile all four movies’ bloopers onto one clip at the end of all the movies. I love how funny Emmett is, especially in the fourth book, and so I think it would be hilarious to see the actors break during those scenes.
All in all, though, the dvd has so much of what I wanted to see, so I’m sooooo excited for it!
well let me first start off by saying how much I love twilight series theories and how i just found out about it before christmas and have now listened to every podcast yall have recorded (yall cuz im from the south like you guys).
but the dvd is going to be amazing! i am especially looking forward to the commentary from each of the actors. It will be interesting to get to hear what they have to say about the viewers favorite parts and that hot bio scene. Oh, and all the moments with Robert Pattinson in them will be spectacular!!!!!!!!! also the deleted and extended scenes will be cool since they will help to make the story fuller if you havent already read the books! pretty much i can’t wait to actually be able to pause the movie so i can stare at edward cullen in all his glory! its gonna be an exciting day when that comes out! im definently going to watch the movie first without commentary and a second time with!!! love you both Kassie and Kallie and keep the podcasts coming!

Well, I would really like to see some behind-the-scenes clips, especially for the ballet studio and baseball game scene. I would alo like to se all the things that Stephenie Meyer has to say about all the success (and fan’s outrage) that the movie made. I really want to hear what she has to say about what went on in her mind when she wrote the book. And I really like to see movies with a commentary, maybe ith the Kristen Stewart, Rob Pattinson, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, and Stephenie Meyer. And last, I would really like to see deleted scenes. Then, I would be able to know what happened to the big parts that weren’t in the movie, like the blood typing scene. So, I think all of those extra things would be really awesomeif they were on the DVD.

hey guys! definatley excited for deleted/extended scenes since catherine said there was a midnight sun scene in it! very curious as to know which one it is. im also excited just for the commentary with catherine kristen and rob! i would also like to see bloopers! im also very excited just to see the enhanced sparkle effect on rob and on the photocards! the interview with step meyer would be interesting too. im just excited to have it finally held in my hands (and not have to pay $10 just to see it)!!
I am sooooo excited to see all of the deleted scenes,but also it wouls be awsome if thay added a scene like the Biology Blood Typing scene,or that one scene Mind over Matter because thats when Edward Explainseveryones extra Ability.I also am excited to be able to watch the movie anytime I want withut having to pay 7 dollars a ticket.Also I love Bloopers on Dvds so those will Probably be Great!!!!!!! I started reading The Hunger Games so I’ll be ready next month when you begin discussing it I am on page 70 and started reading it last night awesome book!!!!

I am sooooooo excited about the DVD( I have had my copy pre-ordered 4 like a month.) I hope their are lots of behind the scenes stuff and interviews with the entire cast, director, and the one and only Stephenie Meyer!! I also, am stoked to see some of the deleted scenes! Don’t qoute me on, but I have heard that they deleted an ENTIRE scene of Rob shirtless!!!! I know Kassie is excited LOL!
I REALLY want 2 see the deleated scenes, the music videos, AND THE SPECIAL TRADING CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!! My friends and I are going 2 go camping on the sidewalk in front of Boarders so we can get the DVDs before everyone else! Also, I know that this is REALLY weird… but when I first read New Moon and Jane came in, (god, this is embarising) I thought that she was Edward’s new girlfriend… I know, it’s stupid but that’s just what i thought! Also, Kalli and Kassy I’m listing 2 your podcast right now and it says in the Breaking Dawn book it says that for werewolves DIE when they git bitten by a vampire… (Page 454)

Cast Commentary!!! All of the cast seems to get along great and i can”t wait to hear the stories that went on during filming.
I think I’m most excited about the featurettes- there’s supposed to be one called “Inside the Closet of Carrie Bradshaw” that’s all about the fashion in the movie (and maybe they’ll explain the reasoning behind that weird bird head-thingie). I also want to see the deleted scenes because I heard that they had to cut a lot of Charlotte’s scenes… Oh, wait, what DVD is this?
Im a fan from the UK and looking around I cant seem to find any mention of the commentary being on the UK dvds which sucks and is not fair at all! Also, theres footage from the UK premiere rather than the LA premiere. I think the dvd extras should be the same no matter what country the dvd is from. What exactly is the point in changing it? Fans from all countries should have access to the same features, its just not fair otherwise! We shouldnt have to move to America to get the best stuff.
I can’t wait for revamping edwards sparkling. I heard that Catherine hardwick said that they were going to do that. I am so happy because they did it really patheticaly in the movie, I seriously thought he was sweating. I was a little disapointed by that because it’s the one time in the book/movie that Bella sees the real Edward. Plus the movie line “it’s the skin of hunter” was so lame cause it made the skin of a hunter look like a sweaty marathon runner and it totally was not beautiful. Also it’s not like they had a serious amount opf special effects for the movie. Oh at Hot Topic they sell Edward skin glitter.
O.M.G!!! im so excited!!! but im not gunna buy the dvd the day it comes out (i really want to though!) because my birthday is a week later 🙂 im expecting atleast seven copies 😀 i will probably still go out and by the version though!!!! im really excited for the kellan lutz interview (i <3 him and im jealous of you because you got to meet him)!!! i think hes hilarious!!! hmmm. OKAY! i figured out what i REALLY want to see in the dvd. now for this. to be honest, i don’t really care what’s on the DVD as long as there’s the full-length movie on it. deleted scenes would be nice, and i’m all for Muse, Paramore, and Linkin Park vids, but i just want the movie to watch whenever i want. is that so weird? the other stuff doesn’t matter so much. (okay, maybe the seven-part documentary.)

i really would like to have seen interviews with all the couples, the actors who play Rosealie, Emmet, Jasper, Alice, Esme, and Carlisle to see how they prepared for thier roles. I would like to see them talk about Twilight, if they read it, and what they thought about it, along with their favorite part. I know that would have been difficult to do, but i think it would be really exciting to hear about that! especially from jackson rathbone, because is soooo cute!!!!
I heard that there was going to be a midnight sun scene on the dvd, so i’m thinking that it would be in the deleted scenes? i read what was out for midnight sun on stephenie’s website, so i would love to see their interpretation of it, and which part it would be!

I feel like we’ve seen so much already, as far as making of and interviews that I am not as excited about the special features.
What I would like to see:
The cast seems really funny and close to one another so I would love to have a bloopers special feature.
I don’t know if it’s on the dvd, but I would also like to see the cast getting their make up and costume done. Such as making them become vampires with the lighter skin and Edward’s hair, stuff like that.

well the first thing i want to see is the DVD come out in Australia on the same day as the American one and we have the same edition choises as you 😛 (which wout happen but I can dream xD) & also that we can have a 2/3 disc one…we only get one disc and have a really BAD cover.
well ON the DVD i want to see all the hilarious Bloopers…there has to be heaps!! Also the deleted scenes (Rob mentioned this one where he was in Bellas room and made a speech for like 2 inutes about something) and behind the scenes.
also for the blue ray i’d like to see the improved sparkling!

I am really excited to see all of the deleted scenes. I really hope that there are some romance scenes out of those. That would be really cool!
One thing that is not on the list that completely stumps me and I was looking forward to on the DVD is…Stephanie Meyers audio commentary. Are you guys a little curious as to how somthing like that would be left out? Lets hope the directors cut will include this next time.
