Tri-Fold Packaging
- The finish of the rigid case is a tactile coating called “soft touch”, which is a smooth, almost velvety/rubbery matte finish. A pattern of tree branches will be foil stamped over the matte coating, which creates beautiful tone on tone imagery. The title treatment is foil stamped in a silver/blue, which completes the effect.
Exclusive Photo Cards
- The exclusive photo cards are printed on 2-sided pearlescent shine stock, which has a sparkle effect imbedded in the paper. The (10) photo cards look really amazing on this special stock, and the back sides have the same tree pattern from the inside of the rigid case, carrying the design throughout.
Of course you have to have the deleted scenes, but I would LOVE to have the ability to have the deleted scenes play right along with the movie in the place where they belong. That way it’s not just me watching the movie, and then checking out the deleted scenes, but it gives you the chance to see what the movie actually plays like with the deleted scenes included. And DON’T skip on the scenes either!!! I bought all the Harry Potter DVDs the day they came out, and even though there were deleted scenes included on those discs, whenever the Family Channel or someone plays the “extended” versions of these movies on TV, they include all sorts of scenes that didn’t make the DVD. Grrrrrrrr…..what could be more frustrating!!??!

I really want the biology class with the typing that is one of my fav parts in the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most people would not want a 4 hour movie but i would totally watch the whole thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also i want to see more Jacob. I have switch over to team Jacob because of how hot Taylor Lautner is!!!!!!!! So I would love some more of him!!!!!! I also wouldn’t mind more of when the Cullens meet Bella. I am so looking forward to the deleted scenes I always like little extra things and especially when they are things like this when I am totally obsessed with it!

What I am looking forward to seeing on the DVD besides the actual movie:
1. The audio commentary with Catherine, Rob, and Kristen
2. The deleted scenes specifically the one from midnight sun
(which i believe is the one where Kellan in the trailer says “this is wrong Edward….”)
3. And i hope, along with many people, that there is footage of the auditions

I’m really excited to see the decision making process on what was going to be in the movie and how they were going to turn the book into the movie.

Like everyone else, I’m excited to see the deleted/extended scenes. I saw the movie before I ever read the books and when I saw it for the first time, I felt like there were pieces missing from the story. I just thought that maybe the person editing the movie edited it too much or that they made the movie for people who read the books. I think I ended up feeling it’s a combination of both. I went home after watching the movie and read all 4 books in 5 days and I finally understood (after reading Twilight) that Edward- when he first meets Bella- isn’t on crack or a psychopath…he’s trying not to kill her!!! LOL…
Anywho…I’m really looking forward to seeing all the stuff they took out because I hope it will then be the movie I could picture being made in my mind.

I am most excited for the commentary from Cathrine, Rob and Kristen. I really love to listen to those things. They are usually pretty funny and give a ton of insight into the movie world. In a perfect world, I would love to edit movies and make them flow as best as possible and I like to see where the director knows she fudged or something big happened.
I am also excited to see the behind the scenes footage. Again, because I want to one day be in the movie industry.
I also want to see the deleted/extended scenes. I want to see the scene where Emmett say”She’s not one of us” I want to try and figure out why it made the initial trailer but was cut from the movie.
I like the page to screen idea. I’m curious why the screen writer took out somethings and added others.
I found the movie to be lacking in the depth of the realationship, I love the diologe between bella and edward in the books.
I also like seeing edited scenens, they they are usally cut out for a reason, it’s still fun.
Bloopers will be my fave part of the extras! I think it’d be cool if they did a behind the scenes with the cast. Like showing us their dressing room or something? especially with Rob! But other then that, I’m excited for the whole thing! 🙂
I really want to the movie commentar; there always some funny story about the shooting of a certain sceen or something interesting that happened on set. Plus I get to listen to Rob’s voice for two hours *sigh*. Something I would like on the DVD is a directors cut. I want to see if the movie is any better or worse with the deleted and extended scenes in the film, which is something I wouldn’t really be able to determine by watching them speratly. Also I don’t think Nessie would have all that much trouble thinking about Jacob in a romatic way. In Breaking Dawn Nessie actually calls Jacob ” my Jacob ” as if she already knows somehow that Jacob belongs to her but not in a ” he’s my soulmate ” kind of way. The transition from being just family to lover is what I think will be difficult. I don’t know about Renesme but I would be absolutely terrified because of all the unknown that goes with it. What if they start dating just for her to figure out that she doesn’t feel the same way? Plus how her family life might change extremely. Not to mention Nessie can never think about having sex with Jacob. LITTERALLY HER DAD CAN HEAR HER THOUGHTS! HOW HORRIBLE! But in the end I things will work out. The imprinter and the imprint are supposed to be a perfect match right ?
I love watching deleted scenes and commentaries. I really hope Rob’s original version of the lullaby is on there.
Will there be bloopers? Gag reel? No? Awww… Interviews and deleted scenes I guess. I’m kinda disappointed. 🙁

I would also like to have a mini sort of documentary. By that i mean Robert (or any actor) walking round going though a day in the life sort of thing. They could call it ‘Patterson Pages’ Or ‘Lutz’s Life’.
That is what i would like to see.
What i’m looking forward to? The interviews with the actors. And the deleted scenes. Since we didn’t see some of the sences shown in the trailers. E.g When Emment tells Edward “She’s Not One of Us”.

I am really excited for eveything on the DVD but I am really happy about the deleted and extended scenes (naturally).
The Kristen Stewart, Rob Pattinson, and Catherine Hardwicke audio commentary because I think that is going to be fun to watch…er….listen to.
Then the Steph interviews would be really interesting.
Then The documentary about “From the book to the Screen” I think will be really interesting. IT had always intrigued me about how they take a book and translate it onto screen and film.
Well on the special features that’s what I want but I am also just really excited to see the movie on DVD. I’m probably going to buy the Blu-ray (possibly in addition to the DVD but I’m not sure yet) because I want to see how they enhance the SPARKLE scene because that seemed underwhelming in theatres.

Ohmigod! I want to see the premiere interviews with Emmett, Rose, and Alice! I LOVE KELLAN LUTZ!!! He is absolutely amazing, and he played Emmet soooo well. I couldn’t imagine Emmett being played by anyone else! And I love your guys’ podcast! I haven’t missed one yet! Keep on going! I love you guys!
1. DELETED/EXTENDED SCENES duh – I want to see what parts from the book that they took out (I wish one of the scenes is the chapter Bloodtype cause I was kind of mad when they didn’t put it int the movie)
2.Commentary – the commentary should be great especially because Rob always has the most perfect hing to say
3. Interviews – I want to see what the cast members thought of the movie and their roles it should be coll and interesting
4.Borders Interview Stephenie Meyer – I want to see what I missed in the interview
5.Seven part Documantary- The journey from page to screen – I think it will give us a lot of infomatio on how hard it was and how they did it
6. Comic-con I didnt get to see it so it might be an insiders look on it and htat would be awesome
7. Music Videos – All i have to say is I love music and videos so bring on the music videos

ohh gosh! i am completely excited for the dvd!!!! i am even thinking about going to the midnight release party…yeah it seems kind of weird for some people to actually go but i am a huge fan of the series….i have been reading it very since Twilight came out in 2006. Anyhow, to answer your question…….i can not wait to see everything!!!!! NO JOKE! i am soo excited and i have a feeling i will be watching the movie a lot once i get it on dvd! the deleted and extend scenes i soo want to see! Plus the Seven part Documentary seems really cool and it will give everyone more information and the process of making the movie! And the music videos sound awesome too!..even though i have seen those videos a lot =)

I think what I am most looking forward to is the deleted scenes, because I just want to se what would have been in the movie but wasn’t. Also the bloopers. It would be hilarious if Rob is like really serious and then out of no where Kristen just busts out laughing. =)
There are two things that I absolutely MUST see in the DVD.
First, I want to see BETTER SPARKLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
and second, they HAVE to say “I LOVE YOU!” in the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Im looking forward to the commentary the most. Im acually a bit of a commentary junkie. You get to hear not only the directors but the actors thoughts on every scene that happens in the movie. I love hearing how the actors muck around with each other on them. They give you a nice idea of their personalities while watching a movie you love at the same time! Funny behind the scenes moments usually get brought up as well-ones that you wouldnt hear in an interview.
Id also like to see more of Rob playing the piano on the australian version
and thanks guys for an awesome podcast! Also .. you may have already recorded by now but if you could just give a shoutout about the Victorian Bushfire Tragedy and encourage people to donate to the red cross it would really help. so many people have lost their lives its so sad 🙁

Hi guys im so confused here i was just wondering is there two special addition Twilight DVDs because there is one on amazon with 2 dvds and it has a diff cover then there is this one or are they the same?? im confused!? PLEASE HELP and if they are different what one is better??
AWESOME DUDE! I heard that one of the deleted scenes are from Midnight Sun (if you haven’t read MIdnight Sun, u probably won’t notice the difference, since Midnight Sun is Twilight, but you’ve read Midnight Sun, then you’d notice which scene was from it.)
I am very excited about the documentary!! I am also very excited for the music videos! Woot go Muse!!! I would love to see a digital copy so I can download it onto my iPhone. I really don’t want to spend like $20.00 on iTunes to have it on my phone when I already have it on DVD. But yeah definitley a digital copy!!!

Probably, what I am looking forward to the most would be the seven-part documentary: “The Adventure Begins: The Journey from Page to Screen.” I have always been pretty curious in how they translated the story from the pages of the books to the scenes in the movie. And last but not least would be the Audio commentary by Catherine Hardwicke, Kristen Stewart, and Robert Pattinson because they are very interesting people. Hahaha. Lastly, if they added an extended/alternate prom scene on the special features, one that was more like the books scene, where Bella was shown in Alice’s bathroom, where the Cullens were at the prom, and where Bella actually flipped out crying. But I know most, if any, of my hopes will happen, they’re just dreams. Love the show guys, keep up the good work!

i would love to see all of the bloopers and mistakes on the d.v.d this would be so funny to watch and cool to see! This would make more people realize actors and actresses are’t perfect like they seem to be in the movie.
ehhh hello, GAG REEL! i suppose its kinda hard because some stuff that i’d like to see on a dvd would have to of been filmed before hand, like on some others dvds that love they include personal videos the cast make on set of just goofing around etc. Plus it would be great to have some of the twilight tuesday/mtv news stuff on there seeing as there covered it so much before and during the release. also i’d love an audio commentary by Steph Meyer to get her point of view to the film as it happens, the fandom and how the movie relates to the book in different scenes.
what i really want is the borders special edition version to be available to get in the UK, the fold out box and cards look AMAZING.

I can’t wait to see the deleted scenes on the DVD. Just knowing what didn’t cut the final movie and deleted scenes are usually funny. The make-out scenes are gonna be GREAT to watch, to imagine myself in kristen’s shoes *SIGH*.
I also would love to see the bloopers – just seeing the cast make a fool of themselves =D

I am most looking forward to deleted scenes. I really want to know what they shot that didn’t make it to the movie. I really hope that thy have an extended meadow scene because the meadow scene in the movie was just too short. I also want to see a deleted scene where they say “I love you”.
