Madonna To Be Involved In New Moon?

Update: EW is stating that IF Madonna were to be involved, it would strictly be on the soundtrack.
Perez Hilton has an article on the possibility of Madonna being involved in New Moon. No confirmation yet, so take it with a grain of salt 🙂
“Rumor has it that Her Madgesty is in talks to somehow be involved in the Twilight sequel, although in what capacity is unknown.

I love how everyone in Hollywood wants to jump on the Twilight bandwagon when they were all talking **** about it before. The only person who has been rumored to be in New Moon that I actually want to be in it is Dakota Fanning. She would make a fantastic Jane and is an incredibly talented actress. She would only make the film better. Everyone else needs to back off.

I am getting to the point where i am not excited for New Moon at all. I am sick of hearing all of these rumors about all of these celebrities jumping on the Twilight bandwagon. Madonna, the Jonas Brothers, the 90201 chick, i am just sick of it. What next Miley Cyrus as Jane.?
O.o How on earth could she possibly be in the movie? She doesn’t match the criteria of any vampirs, and she can’t be an extra. She’d probably break into some odd split movment and be all “BE AWED BY MY ELDERLY FLEXIBILTY” *shudders*

y didnt they let Catherine Hardwicke do the next movie, this new dudes gonna ruin it with the cast!!!!!!! NO I agree with everyone else I’m really getting tired of all these famous people trying to get on the Twilight/ New Moon bandwagon. Blah! It’s already ruining it. How about putting some really devoted fans in the movie that could bring publicity, and still be pleasing not some washed up pop stars!

no offense, but it seems like all anyone does anymore is complain. Can’t we have some faith in the people making the movie? They are professionals and they do know what we want and how best to make it happen.

I am sure it’s just a rumor….honestly, for Madonna to have anything to do with twillight would be like asking her to eat red meat! It will never happen…
if there is a slight chance it has any merit, I would hope the casting director is smart enough to see the idiocy of such an idea and hopefully chris weitz agrees.
p.s Jess, no offense here either but why are you on these sites? I would hope the point of the fan sites is to allow the fans an outlet to speak there minds about our love of the books etc… It’s fun to share our reactions based on feelings, rather than the reserved, politically correct comments you may be looking for.
Madoona is a globel singer every one Know her but it realy dose not matter to me if she has one or two songs on the soundtrack!
P.S i sow her in two movies Evita and Who’s That Girl wtich showed on TV ressatly. she is a good actress. and i looked on her IMDB page and she has done lot’s of tv and Movies.
if you people REALLY like the twilight series you wont care who will be playing who or what song will be in the movie!! you should only care that your favorite book will hit the big screen!! i only care that the same actors will be coming bakk, but i am mostly looking forward to seeing robert as edward…

so you are suggesting that all those ppl arent REAL fans? of course everyone is excited about new moon being a movie! they just want it to be the best movie ever. and why else would they be on this site anyway? like you said you want the same actors to come back. just like some people may not like certain actors or other artists. just cause it has something to do with twilight doesnt mean its perfect. thats like saying if someone complains about a rainy day they arent a real fan because we should be happy to live in a place like forks. people can give their opinions anyway.

Personally I think Madonna is way over rated!! I hope this isn’t ture. But then again when has one of these crazy rumors turned out to be true? Lets hope not.
