How to Subscribe to the TST Podcast!
Feb 18th, 2009 | By Lexine | Category: Featured Articles, Site NewsSince our spot in the iTunes podcast directory is having some technical issues, I thought I would give you all a quick How To lesson!
The first step is to open iTunes (I gather you’d guessed as much though… 😉 )
Next, go to the Advanced menu item and select “Subscribe to Podcast…”
Select "Subscribe to Podcast"
When you select that, a box should appear that looks like this:
This is where you will paste our Podcast Feed
Now, all you need to do is copy this address:
http://www.mevio.com/feeds/twilightseriestheories.xml
And paste it into the box so that it looks like this:
Bam!
Now, just click OK, and you will be Subscribed to the TST Podcast! That ALSO means that the podcast episodes should download when you open iTunes, so you don’t have to search for them when a new episode is uploaded! Just check the podcast directory in your iTunes library located here:

Emily: if you subscribed to the podcast in the way described above, it should have downloaded the most recent podcast, and the previous podcasts should be listed below, with a “get” button next to them. Otherwise, go here: http://www.mevio.com/shows/?show_id=16440 Underneath the player, there is a link called “Episodes” – if you click on it, it will list the previous episodes that you can listen to in your browser!
Linda: we are currently not listed in the iTunes store – they had some technical difficulty with our feed, and we are waiting for them to re-add us. If you have an option to subscribe to a podcast from a URL, use this URL to subscribe: http://www.mevio.com/shows/?show_id=16440
Or, subscribe on your computer’s iTunes library using that URL and sync the podcast to your phone!

and teeny14: if you want to add the artwork you can download this image: http://i389.photobucket.com/albums/oo332/TSTPost/twilightseriestheories.jpg and then go to the TST feed in your podcast directory, and right click on the title. Select “Get Info”. In the box that pops up, go to the last tab, “Artwork” and click “Add”. Then find the image you downloaded and add it as the artwork!

I followed the directions above and I show as subscribed but I’m still not getting the latest episode in my iTunes. Aaaaah I need my TST fix!! Any ideas?
My itunes is downloding the lastest podcast but it wont let me put any on my ipod. I have like 2GB free aswell =S – Im sooooooooo confused =( Anyone know how to help?

HELP! I cant download the newest podcast!!!!!!! I tried the suggestion from above and it didn’t work!!!! Any suggestions? I have plenty of room
Booklvr: try downloading again later. Also, check the downloads section of your itunes library and include the error message it has next to the podcast… unfortunately there’s not a lot more advice i can give if your downloads time out. A lot of times, when a new podcast goes up, so many people are downloading from a server (even a good server like the mevio ones) that it clogs the pipes, so to speak. So just try again (clicking the get button next to the episode) a little bit later – sometiems even later at night helps!

I have been subscribed for a year but for some reason the past month when I connect to itunes it doesn’t load up the new podcasts………what do I do? I miss you terribly

Is it possible to directly download the podcasts like we used to?? I want to put it on my MP3 player. For some reason, my computer repeatedly shuts down shortly into the Menvio.
I Subscribed like, 3 times, it still hasn’t down loaded yet:-(
How about subscribing for Zune? I lost you guys around episode 20-something and have been heartbroken! 🙂 I commute 2 1/2 hours one-way to work so I need lots of entertainment. I tried other Twilight podcasts and they just didn’t cut it. Any help with getting your podcast to a Zune would be much appreciated. -Thanks!
Hey Holly – go to our mevio page at http://twilightseriestheories.mevio.com/ and in the player, at the bottom there is an rss button. If you put your mouse over it, there’s a dropdown that will have a “download for Zune” option! I hope this helps! – Lexine
Hi, I have a Zune and used to be able to suscribe to your podcast from my Zune account but there stopped being new episodes updated on Zune back in November and so I havn’t been able to listen to you since…and I miss you guys! Since I dont have an Ipod is there any other way I can get TST on my MP3 player??
