Walmart To Air Special Message From The Set Of New Moon

Home Media Magazine has an article on the popularity of Twilight DVD pre-sales. They also mention that Walmart will be airing a special message from the cast on the set of New Moon during their midnight release parties!
“Wal-Mart’s 24-hour stores nationwide will host more than 2,400 midnight parties March 20 for the midnight DVD release.
The retailer said an exclusive pre-taped message from the Twilight cast on the set of sequel New Moon will be shown at the 24-hour stores.
“We know this is unlike any other DVD release in our history, and we want to deliver a memorable event and store experience for teens and adult fans everywhere,” says Greg Hall, VP of merchandising for Wal-Mart Entertainment.”

Spectacular. I have not shopped at a Wal-Mart in 4 years for moral reasons and this will certainly not change my mind. I’ll still be at Borders!

Stupid Canada’s wal marts dont haveing release parties! poopholes! lol… and i have a wal mart that is open 24 hours just 2o mins away! and when i heard wal marts wil have parties i was so excited. till i found out it was in the US only! pffttt us Canadian’s and UK’s (as i just assume, cuz they usually are just like canada) are always Screwed! lol
