Drew Barrymore Denies She’s Directing Eclipse

MTV has a new interview with Drew Barrymore, who says she won’t be directing Eclipse.
“Oh, I wish that I was! I adore that project and I adore the team that’s making it,” she told MTV News at the premiere of “Grey Gardens.”
“And I am very honored to now be a director and going up for other movies and being offered other movies as a director. I’m now an actor/producer/director! How lucky am I!”
She added, “No, we’re not going to do it together.” Well, Drew, that’s kind of shame!
that makes me sad :[ i love drew barrymore and i think she would have been an awesome director!!!
i cannot WAIT to see grey gardens. it looks fabulous =]
thank god, I like drew Barrymore as an actor and im sure she will become a good director, but i want eclipse to be directed by someone with more experience directing.
awww. oh well
I wanted her to direct it though!!!!!!!!!!! I am sad now!!!!!!!!!! 🙁
