Note: I, Kallie, got to see Bandslam a little early! And, no I did not get to see the new trailer for New Moon! LOL! I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this new film, Bandslam! The references to some of my favorite bands were not the only things keeping me entertained… I was left laughing out loud several times at the awkward teenage moments. Lisa Kudrow was very funny, and I loved her character’s involvement in her teenage son’s life. Speaking of which, Gaelan Connell was so enthusiastic that I wanted to go back in time and start a garage band myself… of course Kassie would be our lead singer! I am sure that if you head to the theaters to see Bandslam, and the new New Moon trailer, you will leave happy!

The next film in the series is not out until November 20, but a brand new, full length theatrical trailer from THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, will debut this Friday, exclusively with the Summit Entertainment August 14 release, BANDSLAM.

When gifted singer-songwriter Charlotte Barnes (Michalka) asks new kid in town Will Burton (Connell) to manage her fledgling rock band, she appears to have just one goal in mind: go head-to-head against her egotistical musician ex-boyfriend, Ben (Porter), at the biggest event of the year, a battle of the bands.
