New Moon Selling 10 Tickets Per Second!

Here is the latest news on New Moon. Ticket sales show no signs of tapering off this weekend, as the movie is trending to sell more than 10 tickets per second throughout the course of the day on Fandango.
Summit Entertainment has reported that “New Moon” set a new record for opening midnight shows with an estimated gross of $26.270 million playing at 3,514 theaters for a per theater average of $7,476.
Several thousand of last night’s midnight shows were sold out in advance on our site. Fandango sold nearly 30% of Thursday night’s estimated domestic box office for “New Moon.”

this is amazing! I would like to shove this in the face of the critics who said this movie was crap because i saw it last night with 20 of my friends and we ADORED IT!!!!!! Taylor made me really love jacob and the chemistry between Kristen and Rob makes their love even more believable. And thank you to all of the half naked men running through the screen which made it oh so much more enjoyable!!!!
