This makes me reread the series!
I love the action but the tone / feel seems heavily influenced by Vampire Diaries. I hope that’s not the case, as the world created in Richelle Mead’s books is so much more interesting than that. Vampire Academy (and Bloodlines) are among my favorite series of all time. I pray the movies do it justice.
