Taylor Lautner is Jacob Black!

It has been confirmed in an article released by the Peninsula Daily News today that Taylor Lautner is playing Jacob Black in Twilight! The article also discusses some of the filming schedule, and confirms that they will be filming in LaPush!
I think that taylor is absolutely amazing in the books his character is sweet and genuine and i know he can play that part perfect!

I don’t like him in the least bit. I’m not going to lie to make others, who like him feel any better. You may like him but many of us do not. All who are complaining about those of us complain really are not doing any good.
Secondly:
I don’t like him cause no, i don’t not think he is right for the part. I think they will have to change actors for the next movies if they make them and that would suck… a lot. Its just a hassle. Yes, he is meant to be young, but he is so young he will not grow up in time for where he needs to be in the second movie. And can i just say…. I HATE HIS HAIR. >.< It made me sad. lol! i would prefer someone who is a little more NA. It is hard and expensive to make someone look like a different race, so they probably won’t. Which sucks.

I think the movie was really good. Just some parts I was a little dissapointed on like when Bella was going to the prom with Edward, Bella wasn’t supposed to know where they were going. Edward just told her to dress up and get in his car. It was supposed to be a surprise. Also I think the details could’ve been better. It doesn’t describe the whole book, how I imagined it. And lastly I think the fight scene could’ve been a little bit longer. I thought it would be way longer than that. It was what 5minutes long? Come on I want some action!!! But thats okay. I am actual seeing the movie AGAIN today because I enjoyed it. It was a great film!! Congrats on the movie!! They got 37.2 million dollars on the day of release! That much money in one day!! That is awesome!!

i saw twilight at 12:01 on thursday night(friday morning) and i think it was amazing! but jacob with long hair…not so good. i thought all the cullens were perfect!!!! but edward was a little too akward at times. i am in love with emmett and i think that the movie was overall AMAZINGLY AMAZING! favorite movie ever!!!!
I’m not really sure why people are saying Rob Pattinson isn’t ‘cute’ enough… As far as I know he was never described as ‘cute’. Everyone’s opinion is different and I agree with a comment above, vampires are meant to be impossibly beautiful, so considering we are all human.. it would be kinda hard to be the perfect vampire. In MY opinion, Rob is incredibly fucken gorgeous and although a little different to how the book described him, after seeing photos I couldn’t think of someone better to play the part. All those other actors name’s that keep popping up… Hayden Christensen and Henry Cavil, I would CRINGE if either of them played the role. I could see James Franco being Edward though…
