The Twilight Lexicon has graciously provided us with video of their interview with Kristen while they were onset at the La Push scenes a couple months ago! She’s so normal and down to earth…how could we not love Bella?

I agree that Bella is an overall good person. She is polite and simple and overall relateable, but at times I really can’t stand her. There are many times during the books I get very frustrated at her because she looks at the bad side about SO MANY THINGS! She is a rather negative person and doesn’t give many people chances. For example, Mike. She is SOOO MEAN TO HIM(so is edward, like when he tried to ask bells to prom). Mike is a good hearted and very loyal friend, even though most Twilight readers think that he is the most annoying thing ever, I like Mike and I think she could at least be nicer to him. There are many other instances where I cannot stand Bella, but there are too many.
I agree with Liv that Bella tends to look on the dark side of things and has her ‘damsel in distress’ moments, but i cant imagine the book narrated by anyone else! however, im soooo excited for the Midnight Sun book Stephenie Meyer is publishing!!!

Very good interview, lol dazzle 😛 I think it was funny how they had to keep stopping the interview because the waves would come in on them 🙂
