What a great night!  Kassie and I had an amazing time at Summit’s Twilight Night at the Movies, on Thursday evening!  There were 2,500 fans attending, and you can imagine how excited each and every one of us was.  It was a huge surprise to see so many cast members at the theater.  The first group of actors came out to greet the fans included Billy Burke, Anna Kendrick, Christian Serratos and Michael Welch.  No one expected for Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Kiowa Gordon and Noot Seer to join them.  After several minutes of waving and picture-taking Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson made their way to the red carpet as well.  They were greeted with screams as well as tears from overwhelmed fans!

We made sure to take advantage of the photo op, then jumped in the line that was eight blocks long!  Kassie and I made some new friends in line, and had a blast trying to figure out who we might get to see from the cast once in the theater.  It was about 8:15 om when we entered the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised to find new Twilight products being showcased.  We were given free samples of Twilight Lip Venom (lipstick), and Twilight SweetTarts.  There was also a booth with a new Twilight clothing line that will be sold at Nordstrom’s and a preview of the Twilight Barbies.

While riding the escalator to the top floor we realized we would be occupying the very last theater to be showing the film.  We speculated about who might come into the theater to introduce the movie, when all of the sudden Kiowa Gordon, Billy Burke, Noot Seer, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz and Jamie Cambell-Bower walked in.  Not only were they there to introduce the movie, but also to answer a few questions.  It was a great opportunity for everyone to hear from a few of the cast members!

We had a great time, and only wish we had more time to see the new Twilight products and  visit with the cast… but I am sure we would all love to some one-on-one time with our favorite Twilight actors!
