We posted our ideas during our “Gettin’ Down in Breaking Dawn” contest, and now we finally have the full track listing for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 soundtrack! Love that Iron & Wine’s “Flightless Bird, American Mouth” is back! And look! Mia Maestro, the Denali coven’s own Carmen, is on the soundtrack, too. Also, YAY for the soundtrack not being revealed one song at a rate of one song per hour like the Eclipse soundtrack was last year!

In this new interview with Billboard.com, Bruno talks about the Breaking Dawn story and how his song, “It Will Rain”, came about:

The first track from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 soundtrack (whew, is that a mouthful or what?) is…..”It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars! The announcement was posted on Bruno’s website this morning:

“It Will Rain” will be available worldwide* exclusively on iTunes this Tuesday, September 27th.

As usual, Steve Weintraub over at Collider.com knows just what questions to ask to get interesting tidbits out of folks. This time around he got some info from visual effects artists, Phil Tippett and John Rosengrant (whose IMDB page lists him as the “animatronic and special makeup effects” supervisor for BD Parts 1 & 2), about the effects in Breaking Dawn:

During his interview with Moviefone, Taylor praises director Bill Condon when describing why he thinks Breaking Dawn Part 1 is the best in the saga so far:

Speaking of which: the new trailer for ‘Breaking Dawn’ is out, and it looks vastly different from the previous three films. Knowing the story and the books, was this final chapter one you were looking forward to?

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Taylor Lautner talks about how sometimes his nerves can get the best of him, and that one time it just so happened to be at the Oscars:
Lautner can seem like the most self-assured of the ‘Twilight’ bunch — smiling and waving to fans on the promotional circuit — while co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart can appear more uncomfortable in the limelight.

Amazon has updated their site with the official covers for the Breaking Dawn movie tie-in book (Oct. 11), as well as the Official Illustrated Movie Companion (Dec. 13)! Will you be buying these once they’re released?
